Prayzchoir Tour '07
We have just returned from a fun, ministry filled, tour in Southern California with the PrayZchoir kids. Organizing a group of teens with flights, hotels, transportation, etc. is definitely challenging but the entire trip was a great success. Many of the kids had never been to California; some had never seen the ocean or even been on an airplane. So, not only did they experience those new things, they really got their eyes opened to ministry outside of their own surroundings. We saw real worship and experienced the joy that only comes from knowing that God has used you to touch someone’s life.
One extraordinary experience came on the night the kids spent the evening with another youth group in LA. We met in a room to pray, just like we did before every event, and asked that God would send the people that needed to be there…and even those driving by, who might need a touch from Him, would feel compelled to come in. The end of the service came and a sweet, elderly lady came to the front, her eyes brimming, and cheeks wet with tears. She said she drove by the church and all of sudden the Holy Spirit spoke to her and told her to turn and go inside. She said this was strange as she is Catholic (this was not a catholic church) and she had NEVER even noticed this church before. She said her life will forever be different by this experience and through being in the presence of God and these young people she has found her ‘purpose in life.’ She shared that she is 83 years old and now knows what she is supposed to do with the rest of her days!
Please continue to pray for us and our venture with the PrayZchoir. It’s such a wonderful group of kids that we long to see experience more and really grow into the ministry positions God has destined for them. We face monetary challenges as well as those things the devil would love to see tear this ministry down. Please help support us by your earnest prayers and click here to purchase the Dove Award nominated project by this incredible group of young people, Invisible. All proceeds go toward the support of the PrayZchoir ministry.

Geron Davis Involved in Auto Accident
Geron Davis was involved in an auto accident on May 13th less than a mile from his home just outside Nashville, TN. Miraculously he walked away from the incident with minor injuries. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was treated for cracked ribs, a bruised spleen, a contusion to the head, and minor cuts and abrasions and was released within a few hours. He is home resting and covets your thoughts and prayers during this time of recovery. His beloved FX35 has gone to Infinity Heaven!
Pictures of the wreckage can be found here.

NEW PROJECTS RELEASE!
Well, we're barely into 2007 and we're already running hard! I'm sure you all can relate to that. We're excited to tell you about two new projects that are now available. These projects are both filled with music that is already creating a great response among the worship community and in audiences everywhere!
THEN AND THERE, SETTLED AND DONE is a new CD from Brentwood-Benson that is centered around the Easter theme. It is NOT, however, just an Easter project. For choir directors, groups, or soloists looking for new material, this collection has a number of songs that are usable all year long. This Geron Davis/Bradley Knight production also features some guest soloists who join Geron Davis & Kindred Souls to help make this a celebration extraordinaire! Our dear friend, Regi Stone (worship leader at our home church, Christ Church), Pastor Dan Scott (one of the greatest speakers AND singers on the planet - he's also one of our pastors at Christ Church), and one of our great musical influences during our formative years and long time friend, Russ Taff, all pitched in to make this more than just a recording...it is a worship experience.
One of the highlights of the project is a song built around the act of communion. New Covenant literally incorporates communion with the entire congregation into the song. Pastor Dan Scott and Russ Taff are absolutely incredible on this. Other key songs on the project include: Just Call Me Jesus (Alyson), The God We Serve (Regi Stone), Then And There (Becky), O Broken Lamb (Becky, Alyson,
and Shelton) and First Time I Came To Grace (Shelton).
HE IS GREAT is our newest live worship recording. Recorded with the choir at Mt. Paran North in Atlanta, this is one of the most versatile projects we've done. We teamed up with SpiritSound Music to create this powerful time of worship. J. Daniel Smith brought his producing and orchestrating skills to help us weave a tapestry of worship that includes something for everyone. From the gospel "church" sounds of I Feel A Stirring and Under The Shadow, to the passionate and worshipful Lift Up Your Heads and With Every Breath, to the guitar driven He Is Great and They That Wait. There is even a modern hymn, O Great God that features only piano and orchestra.
Whatever you love, you'll find it here. As with all our projects, the tracks, books, and rehearsal tracks are available. Be sure to call our office or email us for information on how to get these new projects! They will be available online for purchase shortly!

DAYSTAR NETWORK HOSTS GERON DAVIS & KINDRED SOULS
Marcus and Joni Lamb, founders of the Daystar International Television Network and the hosts of Celebration, welcomed Geron Davis & Kindred Souls to their studios in Dallas recently. In fact, the group spent most of an entire day there.
In addition to being the guests for the entire hour of the live Celebration program, they also taped a Joni Show and some worship clips for the upcoming Worship Series on the network. They also performed with the Daystar band and singers.
Geron and Becky have been friends with Marcus and Joni for over twelve years now. Geron produced two projects for Joni that are still popular with Daystar viewers today. Mercy Seat, which included Peace Speaker, and Mercy Saw Me, and Joni's Christmas project. Geron says, "We just love them and love being with them. It's amazing to see how God has used them to grow Daystar into the global force that it is today. We are always honored to be a part of anything they are doing!"
Tune in to Daystar and watch for upcoming shows that feature Geron Davis & Kindred Souls. One special thing to watch for is a special Joni cooking show with GD&KS! That's right, Geron, Becky, Shelton, & Alyson will be in the kitchen cooking up some great recipes with Joni. You don't want to miss that one. Look out Paula Deen!!!
